Water Systems 4" Deep Well Submersible Pumps - 18 &
25 GPM
The
Monarch ST Series is available in 18 and 25 GPM sizes and
provides fresh water from 4" diameter drilled wells,
to depths of approximately 400 feet. The ST series includes
an engineered thermoplastic discharge head and motor bracket
to provide abrasion resistance, and hydrolytic stability.
The
Monarch SB Series is available in 18 and 25 GPM sizes and provides
fresh water from 4" diameter drilled wells, to depths of
approximately 600 feet. The SB series includes an rugged cast
stainless steel discharge head and cast stainless steel motor
bracket to provide maximum strength and durability.
Application
Supplies
fresh water to rural homes, farms and cabins from minimum 4"
drilled wells.
Description
Stainless
shell with either stainless steel or thermoplastic discharge
head an motor bracket; motors are 115 or 230 volts. 2 wire 3
wire with ground. Available with cable attached in a SubPac.

Features

Head - Stainless Steel for the
SB series; engineered thermoplastic for the ST series.
- External Check Valve(included
with every pump)- Positive sealing with anti-span feature.

- Guide Bearing - intermediate bearings - bottom bearing.
Cutless rubber
bearing is water oriented fo rhte life of the pump. Stainless
steel sleeve results in vibartion-free operation and proper
shaft support fo extended pump services.
- Impellers - High Density reinforced thermoplastic
which resists abrasive well conditions.
- Diffusers - Constructed of high density reinforced
thermoplastic with stainless steel wear ring to reduce pump
end wear.
- Polished 304 Series Stainless Steel Housing -Heavy
wall, corrosion resistant stainless steel. Threaded at both
ends for easy serviceability.
- Cable Guard - Corrosion resistant guard, shields motor
leads from damage. Stainless steel on SB series.
- Splined 304 Series Stainless Steel Shaft - 6 splines
fo rhigh strength and even load distribution.
- Coupling - Splined 316 stainless steel. Couples to
all standard NEMA motors.
- Intake Screen - Polypropylene screen will not deteriorate.
snaps on and off for easy removal or replacement. Stainless
steel on SB series.
- Motor Bracket - Stainless steel for the SB series;
engineered thermoplastic for the ST series.
- Motor - Franklin Electric motors have internal lightning
protection and ground wire.
- Hardware - All screws, washers and nuts are corrosion
resistant 304 stainless steel.
