1999 - Acquires Quality Pump Repair July 1st, creating our Edmonton branch.
2000 - Acquires Hotsy Sales & Service Calgary, opening our Calgary branch on June 1st.
2001 - Expands into Manitoba, opening our Brandon branch on January 1st.
2001 - Acquires Badger Hydraulics. Red Deer facility now offers mobile hydraulic sales & service.
2002 - Acquires D&T Inspections. Red Deer facility now offers tanker inspection services.
2002 - Acquires High-Pressure Washer Service October 15th, opening our Grande Prairie branch.
2004 - Acquires Kern Tech Inc. on May 30th, expanding Edmonton location.
2005 - Acquires JDA Machine Works. Red Deer facility now offers machine shop services.
2008 - Expands into Leduc & Nisku area February 1st.
2008 - Acquires Toolsmith, becoming a Samson lubrication dealer & tank fabrication facility.
2014 - Acquires Panther Wash Systems.
2014- Expanding into Saskatchewan and opening Saskatoon branch.
2014 - Acquires Under Pressure Washers.
2014 - Expanding into British Columbia & opening Burnaby branch.
2016 - Acquires Bridge Pressure Washers July 5th, opening our Lethbridge branch
2017 - Acquires All Seasons Manufacturing on March 3rd, expanding Red Deer location
2019 - Celebrated 35th-year anniversary.
2022 - Jointed Ventures with Samson Canada
2024 - Pumps & Pressure Inc. joins Easy-Kleen, and becomes Easy-Kleen Pumps & Pressure
